Giant Steps Blend 2 is a 50/50 blend of 2 distinct threads. Half puncheon fermented mixed culture saison with Grapefruit zest and juice, and half barrel fermented clean saison aged on 2nd use Raspberries and Blackberries. Blended together and let age to preferred dryness, and package conditioned with a house blend of Brettanomyces.
